Shipping & Return Policy


We accept return within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty, or damaged items. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost; shipping cost is non-refundable. Listings under free shipping are subject to a 15% or $5 restock fee, whichever is higher.


Defective Items

We try our best to inspect our products before shipment; however, if you received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement. If the same item is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund. If you would like to return the defective item instead of replacement, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipping from Seattle WA. Orders are in before 3:30 PM PST, it will be shipping the same business day.  Any orders are in after 3:30 PM, it will be shipped the next business day. Buyers need to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, buyers will be charged for the reshipment of the package when the package is returned back to us.


How to Make a Return?

You can request a return via our Returns Center under Customer Support. We will respond within 48 hours after your request has been received. If your return request is approved, you are responsible to purchase your own return label with a tracking number. We are not accountable for the loss of item as it is being returned. Once we received your returned item which is in the original condition, we will process it within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
